I recently had the opportunity to set up a brand new Sony Vaio F Series Laptop with Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit. The first thing I did was take a look around for some specifications. The laptop had an Intel Core i3 CPU, 4GB of RAM and a 500 GB hard drive for plenty of storage. Also, as a nice perk it had a Blu-Ray Disc player, nice!
When I received the laptop it had a Windows Experience Index of 5.0. All of the Components that were tested were at least 5.9 or higher except the Graphics came in at 5.0. For Windows Experience Indexing the lowest score wins so it ended up at 5.0 out of 7.9 possible. Again it is a little misleading because all the other components were much higher.
